The Family Room is a room for families with up to two children. It is furnished rustically, has two bunk beds, two large wardrobes, a table, and two chairs. An additional bed or cot can be arranged.

When people in the 19th century had had enough of the city’s hustle and bustle, they discovered that people in the countryside still lived amidst beautiful, healthy nature. They began visiting the countryside from the towns and cities, at first just for a day and later for longer periods, to get a break, enjoy good food, and mainly to experience some peace. Until World War II, Tabor and the surrounding area was a popular short-trip destination. Local hospitality operators offered accommodation, simple food, and tranquillity. After the war, the new government was not interested in private enterprise. Local business owners closed their doors, large farms were left without successors, and tourism as it was once known died. At our farm, we are trying to revive those times when families were able to spend their holidays in a slightly different way, and we would like to allow our guests to escape the noise of modern life even just for a day or two and head to the Šmiklavž Hills. You can smell the scent of dry hay and eat breakfast that is brought straight from the garden to the table. You can hear birds singing, gaze at the stars in the clear evening sky, and even hear a roebuck coyly calling for his beloved so that they can walk together through the nearby meadows in the moonlight. As you sit on the terrace and the conversation begins to flow, you suddenly feel a calming energy.
